November 2024 

In November we continued with the programme from October led by Carol Ann. Carol Ann guided us through the stages of making a basket from brown paper bags or wallpaper offcuts.

Christine wove a multi-coloured scarf and a white gauze scarf.

Judy Findlay wove some scented sachets from various weaving samples and gifted each member a sachet.

Dini brought in a card she had purchased that had a design made from brightly coloured tatting.

Debbie wove a scarf on her rigid heddle loom.

Gayle brought in a knitted pin that was gifted to her.

Margot brought in a piece of embroidery that she had made.

Annie knitted a thrummed headband from handspun yarn and a pair of fingerless mitts with embroidery detail.
